The Job to be done
To support urgent hiring needs across two SAP data transformation departments and the operating Solution Sales team, Natuvion partnered with pplwise at the end of November 2024, bringing in a full-time Talent Partner to ensure quality and consistency in delivery. Beyond hiring, the Talent Partner was also asked to observe and assess Natuvion’s end-to-end recruiting process, providing external insights to help improve the overall candidate and interview experience.
The Approach
Right from the start, Natuvion provided a thorough onboarding to ensure that the pplwise Talent Partner was fully aligned with the company’s culture, values, and ways of working. As part of the integration, the CHRO invited the Talent Partner to a company offsite, which not only helped build trust early on but also gave the Talent Partner a chance to connect with key stakeholders and the internal Talent Acquisition team.
From day one, pplwise took a hands-on, data-informed approach to support Natuvion’s hiring needs. The Talent Partner worked closely with three hiring managers across three departments, and in close collaboration with the internal TA team to align on priorities, role requirements, and long-term hiring goals. At the same time, the Talent Partner supported the Head of Talent Acquisition with regular reporting, funnel metrics, and proactive communication to ensure transparency and quality throughout the process.
In addition to direct sourcing, the Talent Partner advised hiring managers on interview practices, helped create structured interview case studies, and contributed to improving the overall candidate experience. To maintain a steady, high-quality talent pipeline, a funnel-based sourcing strategy was used with a strong focus on optimizing the candidate-to-hire ratio.
The Result
12 hires were delivered by the pplwise Talent Partner in a very niche market across three critical business units in under 8 months, with an average time to hire of 15 days. pplwise delivered at a cost per hire of €8.666 and an offer acceptance rate of 70%.
