The Job to be done

Zytomed consolidated several different entities across multiple cities in Europe and had to find a new VP to manage and transform their organization and people team. The search was confidential and urgent to deliver high quality candidates fast.

The Approach

We first understood the companies legacy, growth strategy, current main challenges in the people field and prioritzed the scope of the profile in three different variations and urgently calibrated the profile with real candidates, iterated the and aligned the profile to be aligned and kicked-off the search.

The Result

pplwise sourced ~30 calibrated candidates, did 15 interviews and presented 6 candidates to interview within two weeks. The 4 most fitting candidates entered the funnel and we ended up with 2 candidates to offer and 1 hire within 81 days from kick-off to contract signed.
