The Job to be done

TIER went through a series C and D funding and grew its headcount from 950 to +2.000 across +22 countries within a year, without the infrastructure in talent acquisition. To accomplish the organizational objectives pplwise was hired to build up a state of the art people & TA function with high excellence while delivering hires.

The Approach

Successfully restructured the team, introducing KPIs to measure progress and optimizing talent acquisition strategies. Eliminitating of interviewing bottlenecks and improved efficiency, leveraging a data-driven approach to coach stakeholders. This resulted in a significant reduction in cost per hire and to valuable market insights for designing the people organization.

The Result

Successfully expanded the TA team from 5 to 25 members and the people team from 30 to 80 members in just 6 months. Rolled uout a hiring philosophy for maintaining quality at scale and implemented accurate reporting and forecasting for hiring performance. Achieved a 100% increase of the recruiting team’s performance.
