The Job to be done

The objective was to support high-priority hiring across Strategy & Operations (Aug–Dec) and Global HR (Jan–May). A total of 36 positions were successfully filled within this timeframe. The roles ranged from Associate to Senior Manager level, spanning geographies from Azerbaijan to Austria. The hiring demand covered both high-volume and niche, complex searches requiring agile and high-quality delivery.

The Approach
