think-cell needed end-to-end recruiting ownership in North America to bring structure, continuity, and hiring rigor. The role required managing the full recruiting lifecycle while coordinating multiple agencies and senior stakeholders. At the same time, candidates had to be coached effectively in a competitive market. Transparency, speed, and consistency were critical to success.
The Approach
We embedded a Principal Recruiter to fully own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through offer generation. The recruiter acted as a sourcer, recruiter, first-round interviewer, candidate coach and think-cell evangelist as well as managed weekly executive briefings, and recurring stakeholder hiring calls ensuring alignment and fast decision-making. Processes were standardized across agencies, recruiters, and standardized reporting was introduced.
The Result
think-cell achieved a highly consistent recruiting process across the US with a 90% offer acceptance rate. Hiring managers benefited from structured interview cadences, and process management, and hiring outcomes.
