As a Product and Technology consultancy, Exxeta is also supporting its clients with designing roles and entire teams for building products and shaping their organization. To fill those open roles pplwise was hired to support with recruiting / active sourcing. In this context, Exxeta was working with pplwise for several clients from hiring leadership roles to product teams.
The Approach
- Understanding of the current situation of Exxeta’s client (company strategy, product strategy, hiring objectives, guardrails such as confidential hires)
- Designing a hiring process from outreach, interviews, case studies, evaluation criteria
- Active sourcing with quick iterations at the beginning to quickly find suitable profiles
- Steering the early recruiting funnel (later it was handed over to Exxeta)
