The goal was to hire Lawcode’s first Account Executive to scale and build up the first sales channels after previously failing to work with another recruiting provider.

The Approach

The pplwise Team and Lawcode executive team conducted a deep dive into the role, type of sales, and expectations of the persona. This was done by mapping potential target industries, competitors, backgrounds, and skill sets. Since there was no internal ATS the pplwise team set up a database as well as communication and collaboration flows to work together as smoothly as possible.
